We were in line at Albertsons, the lady in front of us used her food stamp card to buy food (obviously) and then asked for $50 cash back...which was given to her in another transaction using her food stamp card. Great! Now she's probably going to go buy alcohol and/or drugs. Is this legal?! I mean I can see MAYBE a $5 cash back maximum but fuck, $50!? I should go on food stamps.
Damnit California, what a waste of money.
